Records of versions of the Tersign Terms of Service and incorporated documents. Acceptance records bind to the version digest current at acceptance (Terms §1.3).

v1.2 21 July 2026 Terms · terms.json · DPA · Privacy · Sub-processors Non-material wording tighten (no accepted prior versions outstanding): §9.4 carve-out narrowed from "require or permit" to the enumerated bases (Sections 11/12/14, DPA, applicable law, the Section-12 public dispute record). Signing-key registration (set-once, POST /v1/sellers/{id}/signer) now required before evidence-record submission.
