Records — annual plans
Effective 28 August 2026. Evidence of what your agents transact and do. Every receipt your agents settle — x402 · MPP · AP2 — and every action record they emit is counter-signed by a neutral ledger into a per-party chain and committed to Bitcoin, so the other side, an auditor or a tribunal can verify the record without trusting you or us, and without our endpoint being up. Records duties ride on the same ledger: one export, not a second system.

Where record-keeping duties bind — SEC 17a-4(f) for broker-dealers, FINRA 4511-class rules, DORA-scoped EU financial entities — records must be preserved, time-stamped and reproducible, and a firm may satisfy them with its own audit-trail systems. Nothing in those rules makes your own attestation checkable by the party challenging it; a counter-signed, independently verifiable record does, from the same ledger your receipts already sit in.

A mapping is an export mapping, never a compliance certification (Terms §18). In the Terms, "Records Tiers" means every paid tier on this page — the annual Records plans and the self-serve Commerce tiers below alike.

Early pricing — effective 14 July 2026. All prices in USD, exclusive of taxes. Fiat via Stripe (subscriptions) or USDC via x402 (machine-payable, identical entitlements). Every tier includes the data-escape guarantee: full on-demand export of every Record with its chain proof, a 90-day post-termination export window, and on-chain-anchored digests that stay third-party-verifiable forever.

Usage beyond included quotas: records beyond the monthly quota are declined (HTTP 429) until the next month or an upgrade — nothing is billed silently. Artifact allowances are honored as published; larger volumes are quoted (support@tersign.ai).
Rate limits (Terms §6.1/§14.5): Free tier — max 50 counter-signed records per UTC day (monthly quota still applies). Self-provisioned signer-keyed ("wedge") accounts are free-tier and additionally capped at provisioning: 20 new wedge accounts per source IP per UTC day, 60 globally per UTC day. Paid tiers are bounded by their monthly quotas; sustained bursts that degrade the service for others may be throttled per Terms §14.5.

Free tier is for digests and business data only (no personal data). Prices may change with 30 days' notice per the Terms; the tier you're on is honored through your current billing period.
