Pricing
Writing records is free, up to 100 counter-signed records a month. Reading a chain you did not write, as a ledger-signed statement, will be priced per use at one price for every payer; it is marked NEXT below until it is switched on. One annual plan sells a writer at volume capacity, zero-retention mode and support.
All prices in USD, exclusive of taxes. Every account, free included, keeps the data-escape guarantee: full on-demand export of every Record with its chain proof, a 90-day export window after a paid account ends, and anchored digests that anyone can verify without Tersign. Default retention for stored Record content is 7 years on every account, configurable longer or shorter (Terms §11.2).

Records — annual plan
For a writer at volume: every receipt your agents settle and every action record they emit, counter-signed into your own chain, up to a stated monthly capacity, a zero-retention mode that stores only digests, chain data, the payer address, the transaction hash and a test-traffic flag, and a support answer within two business days.

The Records plan is billed through Stripe, or in USDC on Base on invoice for business customers. The Subscribe link or an annual invoice; either path requires acceptance of the Terms and DPA. Start async — support@tersign.ai — provisioned within a day; no call required. Records beyond the monthly capacity are declined (HTTP 429) until the next month; nothing is billed silently. In the Terms, "Records Tiers" means the paid plan on this page.
Rely — chain statements NEXT
Not yet enabled. A ledger-signed statement over one range of one record chain, bought per request by whoever relies on records it did not write, at one price for every payer. The price is published here when the read is switched on. Checking a single record is free today and stays free.
Limits and formats
Rate limits (Terms §6.1/§14.5): Free accounts — at most 50 counter-signed records per UTC day (the monthly quota still applies). Self-provisioned accounts are free and additionally capped at provisioning: signer-keyed ("wedge") accounts at 20 per source IP per UTC day; domain-verified accounts at 20 per source IP per UTC day, from at most 20 domain challenges per source IP per UTC day; and 60 new self-provisioned accounts of both kinds together, globally per UTC day, of which signer-keyed accounts may take at most 30. A receipt's compliance block is not accepted from domain-verified free accounts. The Records plan is bounded by its monthly capacity; sustained bursts that degrade the service for others may be throttled per Terms §14.5.

Every format is an export mapping, not a compliance certification — see Terms §18.
Free accounts are for digests and business data only (no personal data). On every account, Record content that is not personal data is licensed to Tersign for datasets, which identify no customer or counterparty, and for published scores, which may name the business principal they concern; neither ever contains personal data (Terms §9). The Records plan can turn this off, for Records submitted after the election, with zero-retention mode; payer addresses and transaction hashes stay licensed in either mode, never where either is personal data. Prices may change with 30 days' notice per the Terms; the plan you are on is honored through your current billing period.
